For the past three years, we’ve partnered with MidPen to radically shift their company culture toward human-centered design. Through workshops, events, and direct engagement with parents and students, we’ve helped transform how their after-school program meets the real needs of residents.

By embedding resident-driven design into their approach, MidPen is now exploring a company-wide cultural shift, ensuring that their mission—building communities and changing lives—is felt in every aspect of their work.
